Do kindly note that we do not have any contact with the support groups handling other aspects (such as appeals) as well, so please understand this is as far as we can go with assisting you on this. If it helps, creating a new AdMob account may perhaps be a far more useful approach at this point than waiting on appeals for your currently disabled account.
