Ads not showing on iOS app (Flutter). Tried everyting, help needed!

Hi,

I've got a frustrating problem with one of my apps. It was working fine last year and first months of this year. Then around March ads stopped showing.  The developer didn't bother and sold the app to me. I'm trying to solve the problem eversince. Ive checken all (!) the logical and common things. Followed all the checklists that has been send to be to review and check.

My Admon account works fine and ads showing for my other apps (Android and iOS).
But the app 'VPN Bamboo-Unlimited VPN Proxy' for iOS has the ad problem.
The error i'm getting is:

LoadAdError(code: 1, domain: com.google.admob, message: Request Error: No ad to show., responseInfo: ResponseInfo(responseId: -0LNZNj6DKXD9u8P_9-U-AI, mediationAdapterClassName: null, adapterResponses: [], loadedAdapterResponseInfo: AdapterResponseInfo(adapterClassName: , latencyMillis: 0, description: , adUnitMapping: {}, adError: null, adSourceName: , adSourceId: , adSourceInstanceName: , adSourceInstanceId: )), responseExtras: {mediation_group_name: Campaign})

The app id is: ca-app-pub-3746260233604933~9577666956
Ad units that are not showing are Banner, Open, Rewarded and Interstitial.
I've tried a different publisher (Setupad) but same problem.

And important to mention is that the Google Test Ad units work without a problem. All the test units show perfectly.

No policy issues are showing in my Admob account. And the showrate is not 0%, but between 0.5 and 1%.  So every few thousands request one ad is shown.
Ive tried to create new ad units, and waited a week, no difference. This has been going on for months and months now.

I'm using Google Mobile Ads SDK 10.4.0.
The ad issue is only with the iOS app. because the Android version works fine.
Also my other iOS apps work fine. It's only in Bamboo VPN for iOS.

And I can't contact Admob either, because their contact form has been disfunctional for months (tried various computers and various browsers, but always giving an error).

I don't know what to do anymore. Who can help me?

With regard to your concern, can you confirm if you're implementing a Flutter app where the ads are showing in Android but not in iOS? If this is the case, kindly provide us your sample project file built in Flutter so we can further check.
