Google AdMob limits the number of verification attempts to prevent abuse. If the limit is reached, users can try the Identity verification troubleshooter to find out what steps to take next.
Also, check our help center article to Verify your phone number with AdMob. If the issue still persists, Kindly provide the “app ID” via Reply privately to author option for further investigation.
