Different payment and bussiness addresses

My bussiness adress in one country and my bank in other country. When i want to add new form of payment, an error occurs:
"You provided an invalid IBAN. The country that this bank account is located in and the country you provided in your profile address do not match. Please provide a valid bank account."
How i can split these two addresses ?

Now I can not even change the country. (like https://support.google.com/admob/v2/answer/2772308?hl=en)

I have bussinesas account.
