Admob Interstitial ad starts loading, then closes by itself (iOS)

Most (or possibly all) interstitial video ads fail. The interstitial ad is pre-loaded and I can show it. It shows a black screen with what looks like a video in the center. On the video there is a spinner icon, waiting for the video to load. After a few seconds the interstitial closes.

I'm using IronSource mediation with many different ad networks and this issue happens every time an Admob interstitial is shown.

I see multiple messages Is the console log about connection to googlevideo.com established, and then immediately cancelled..

Hi Stan,

Thanks for reaching out. Were you able to replicate this issue using our demo ad unit id? Also, kindly share with us the app id and ad unit id you are using, and the charles log session capturing this behavior.

Thanks for the reply!
I couldn't find in the documentation how to enable Charles log on iOS, so I enabled network tracing as described here:

I recorded a new log, but I can't reply to you privately, "Reply to author" option is grayed out...
Is there another way to send it to you?

Hi Stan,

Since this is not an AdMob first implementation it may be a little harder for us to debug, however a charles log would be very helpful.  Charles has an iOS app which can capture the logs for you, see https://www.charlesproxy.com/documentation/ios/, or alternately see this documentation - https://www.charlesproxy.com/documentation/faqs/ssl-connections-from-within-iphone-applications/ for simulators.

I would suggest contacting Ironsource though since this is their implementation of our SDK, it would be good to understand the details of that.

A video of the issue reproducing would also be helpful.
