Can NOT load non-personalised Ads!!

Hello.

I'm having some real trouble since integrating Consent SDK with Google Mobile Ads SDK.
Banner, Interstitial and Rewarded Videos work fine with Test Ads, but as soon as they're replaced with Live Ad Unit IDs, no ads load!

I even went as far as to create a new set of IDs.
After 24 hours, they load Personalised ads 50% of the time. If the user changes their choice, Non-personalised Ads fail to load 100% of the time:

2018-06-09 22:26:45.190053+0100 Project [6823:1670921] adView:didFailToReceiveAdWithError: Request Error: No ad to show.

2018-06-09 22:26:45.232183+0100 Project [6823:1670921] Reward based video ad failed to load.

2018-06-09 22:26:45.240338+0100 Project [6823:1670921] interstitial:didFailToReceiveAdWithError: Request Error: No ad to show.


I've reproduced this with my Ad IDs using your Sample Apps and the same thing happens.

Is my Admob account ok? My older apps continue to show ads fine!


Please help.

My release is already being delayed.

I replied to that poster and never heard a response.
My questions are slightly different too. This is regarding non-personalised ads.

Hi,

I tested the Ad Unit Ids you shared privately in the other thread, however, I kept on getting No fills when requesting either personalized or non-personalized ads (npa =1). This could mean that there are just no available ads when requesting Ads for your Ad Unit Ids on my end at the moment because I was able to load test ads (even when npa=1) using our sample Ad Unit Ids.

Since you confirmed that you are able to load test ads and personalized ads (at times), then it's safe to assume that your code implementation of the Mobile Ads SDK is working correctly. It's possible that there are just no available non-personalized ads for your Ad request during those moments. One option to consider to possibly help lessen occurrences of No fills is to mediate to supported 3rd party Ad Networks to possibly increase your Ad inventory.

That said, this is more of an Ad serving related issue rather than anything specific with the code implementation of the Mobile Ads SDK. For Ad serving concerns, it's best to reach out to the Product Support Team or use this troubleshooter. You may also raise to them any account related concerns or raise those concerns in the AdMob Help forum.
