hello.
Now. i have confirmed another information that my ads is working when Device ID is added on bundle additonally
here my source
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
adview_banner = (AdView)findViewById(R.id.adView);
Bundle extras = new Bundle();
extras.putString("max_ad_content_rating", "G");
AdRequest adRequest = new AdRequest.Builder()
.addNetworkExtrasBundle(AdMobAdapter.class, extras)
.addTestDevice("9954AAC1153181B9B144517D4214CF4F") // <- if the source is added, my ads is working but removed then, my ads isnt working.. idk.
.build();
adview_banner.loadAd(adRequest);
---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
if i add function "addTestDevice", i will show my ads as test.

Hello there,

We haven't received you private message. Anyhow, as you said you were able to load ads then we can assume that the issue is resolved. Please make sure that you enable test device  while testing. When you enable test mode and test your Ad unit Ids with our sample apps, you will see a production looking ad with a "Test Ad" label and that confirms that your Ad unit Ids are working.

i have a question.
if my device is registered as TestDevice on Admob
and then, I have not showing ads in my device ???
because i assume why this issue is happend
i have released my app which are included function "addTestDevice" in source file
so users who is using my app are registered as testing device on google.
if there are solution that I remove test device ??

Hi Seongmin,

I'm Deepika's colleague and I'll be assisting you on this.

With regard to your concern,  please note that
addTestDevice() feature is mainly for testing purposes so that publishers can load production-looking ads without the risk of producing invalid clicks. When you are publishing your app, you can remove the .addTestDevice from the Ad Request and you would be able to see live ads once the app is live.

Hi Seongmin,

I'm Teejay's colleague. Let me do the best I can to help you with this. I looked back on your 1st email and I noticed that you've encountered the no fill error. This simply means that there is no available ad as of the moment. I have also tested your provided Ad Unit Id using our sample app and added an Ad Content filtering (same as you have provided on the previous email removing the .addTestDevice()) and I was able to load the banner ad successfully. You may see my attached screenshot for your reference.

Since this is more of an ad serving concern rather than anything related to the code implementation of the Mobile Ads SDK, what you can do is to reach out to our Product Support Team for them to further assist you with this.

In addition, you may want to use AdMob's Mediation feature to load ads to your app from multiple sources.

Hi Seongmin,

Apologies if you're having issues receiving my private responses. Since we're also having issues with attaching the project itself, you may download our sample app and add your App Id and Ad Unit Id to the project. As discussed in my previous emails, using our sample project with your Ad Unit Id, I was able to load the banner ad successfully.

Please let me know if you have any concerns related to the code implementation of the Mobile Ads SDK. I'll be happy to assist you.

Thanks,

Hi Seongmin,

Thank you for getting back to me. The no fill error you've encountered signifies that there is no available ad as of the moment. This behavior isn't controlled by the Mobile Ads SDK. That said, I recommend you reach out to our Product Support Team for them to further check on your ad serving concerns.
