admob Ad don't show a close button

hi, I notice that a few months ago some admob ads don't show a close button on Interstitial Ad and reward ads. I think this is a very bad to the user feeling. And this is not happen in only one game.

Sometime I can close it by tap on the top right comer(ever it don't have a button show).

I think google can fixes it or what I can do to fixes this issue?
