Hello,
Thank you for the details. I was able to reproduce the issue with your Ad Unit ID using our sample apps. It looks like there is an issue with the Ad Unit ID. You are using an Interstitial Ad Unit ID for the Banner Ad implementation. I suggest that you recheck the Ad Unit ID in the Ad Review Center and make sure the Ad Format is displayed as "Banner" for Banner ad implementation and "Interstitial" for Interstitial ad implementation.
