Admob Ads aren't shown in my apps

Today I got notification from admob, I must enter the PIN to my account. I went to my account page, Google said that they sent it(PIN) to my address yesterday and it came to my address in 2-3 weeks. I will not enter the PIN in 2-3 weeks and my add will not shown !! How do I fix it? (My ad clicks and ad shows are fell down rapidly, it decreased to 1/50)
