App icon doesn't show in Admob house ads.

Hi all,
I'm trying to create a new AdMob house ads campaign but when I enter my app's name to select it it doesn't show the icon, see pics.
It's the one which in the middle.

 

As you can see also category and rating and store url is N/A
Why is this and how to fix?
The app is on the store for 2 days now and there are some downloads and ratings.
Anyone ran through this issue before?

I faced the same problem few days back, Just try searching your app with the package name.

Hi Mohamed,

I understand that you were able to link your app and serve ads to your app successfully.  And the concern is that the app does not come with an icon.  Am I right?

If so, it might be a temporary sync issue between servers.  If you are able to serve ads to your app, then that is essentially a non-issue.

Let us know if you experience any issues with ad serving to your app.

Hi Vu Chau,

The issue that I'm unable to promote my app through house ads because admob doesn't get my app's data from play store, with "data" I mean icon , rating and store link. So my house ads doesn't show for this reason I think.

How will it show without an icon , rating and a link?
