AdMob ads not working for App with certain Package Application-Id

Dear AdMob team,

 I'm experiencing an issue where ads aren't showing on my app with the Package Application-Id "com.hindi.english.translate". I haven't received any policy violation notices either. However, when I change the Package Application-Id to "com.example.english," the ads work perfectly fine. Could you please help me resolve this issue?

Package name:  com.hindi.english.translate

SDK version: implementation 'com.google.android.gms:play-services-ads:22.0.0'

• Are you able to receive test ads when using the package ID `com.hindi.english.translate` after enabling test ads?
• Can you provide a Charles log that captures the Google Mobile Ads ad requests?

The test ad as well as the original ad is not showing in the logcat for the package ID "com.hindi.english.translate". Error is showing in this image. However, if I change the package application-id to "com.example.test.ads" in the same code, the ads work perfectly fine. I have tried uploading the app to the Play Store thrice, but the same issue persists. I have also used the "mediation group," but the problem persists.

In your project's AndroidManifest.xml file, can you update the `APPLICATION_ID` with value `ca-app-pub-2650198364422513~2780435417` and see if ads can be served? You are currently using the AdMob test app's application ID.

I have not received any policy violation or issue on my AdMob account, and my other apps are performing well with ads.

However, neither the "Test Ads" nor the "Original Ads" is displaying for this particular package ID `com.hindi.english.translate`.

When I changed the package name, the "Original Ads" and "Test Ads" started working well.

You can see in the image below that no policy violation or issue is being displayed.

I would like to clarify that I have not violated any policies thus far. Moreover, I have observed that test and original ads are not displayed on the package ID `com.hindi.english.translate` provided, even though only 1 banner ad has been placed.

I have only utilized one banner ad and one interstitial ad in my app. There is a plethora of content available within the app for users. 

However, the main issue is that test ads are not displaying.

Do you also implement other ads in your app that are not from AdMob? The `MORE ADS THAN CONTENT` violation is applied when an app has high density of ads regardless of ad networks.

I have mentioned before that a simple test ad is not appearing on the package ID "com.hindi.english.translate". Currently, I am unable to display ads from AdMob, so I have used ads from Facebook Meta. 

I have made several attempts to display AdMob's test ads, but they are still not showing up. 

Therefore, I have used Facebook Meta's ads until AdMob's test ads begin to show.

Meta ads are working well. There is no violation of the 'MORE ADS THAN CONTENT' policy.

Only AdMob ads are not working since I built the app, neither "Test Ads nor Original ads". I have tried uploading it to the Play Store three times, but the ads are not being displayed.

And I started using Meta ads later on.

its happen to me to..

the first day until the third day, the ads came out perfectly, but after 3 days I developed my new application with the admob test unit & test device, but the result always No ad config Ad failed to load : 3

my app was not published and i'm working on test ads.i find a solution for my app.
i changed applicationId "com.flash.alert.disco.light" so now my ads are working.
i don't now in deep but i solved my problem so i think to share it with you.

I have exactly the same problem.

I don't have any policy violations but Admob simply blocked ads on my bundle ID. when I change the bundle the ads appear.

and the support is horrible, they just keep sending the same messages and don't solve anything.

Not to mention that support with the product team is not possible because there is a bug in the contact form
