I tried your ad unit ID (as found in the images in your first post) with our sample app, and can confirm that I was getting an error code 3 from it. This error implies that there were no ads able to be shown for your app, due to a lack of ad inventory. With this in mind, could you kindly check if you've completed the setup of your AdMob account, particularly on the billing and PIN verification sections? Some publishers have reported seeing ads only after fully completing their AdMob account setup.
For further ad-serving concerns, you may reach out to the AdMob Help Center, or consult with our troubleshooter, for further assistance. The product specialists there should be able to provide more insights on such.
