AdMob Ads Not Showing After Approval

We were testing our app with the test apps for several weeks and everything was running smoothly. However, we've now launched our Flutter app to both Google Play and the App Store. 

Despite our AdMob account being approved, we still receive the following message on iPhone, and a similar one on Android: Ad status: Request Error: No ad to show.

I believe this just means ads aren't actually approved to go to our app! We would like to have rewarded ads available on our app before we start adding significant content, and so we're in limbo right now waiting for these ads to start showing.

Are you able to activate ads to start showing up for our app (again, our AdMob account is already approved and the test ads showed perfectly). Any assistance would be appreciated! Please let me know if you need more information.

Thank you for providing additional information privately.

As per checking your ad unit ids in both Android and iOS, I can confirm that I wasn't able to get ads on it. I've also seen that you have encountered an Ads serving limited on your account, you can reach out to AdMob Help Center for further assistance on such ad-serving concerns. You can also check this ad serving limit article to know more about it.

Thank you - we will reach to the AdMob Help Center for the ad limitation concerns, but online we were directed to you to handle the ads not appearing at all. Is there any support you can provide for the ads not showing up at all? The test ads did work. Thanks.

As you mentioned that test ads are working, it means that your implementation is correctly configured. Kindly note that this forum only supports implementation of the Mobile Ads SDK. Since this is more of an ad serving issue, and you are encountering ad serving limits, the better team to assist on this is the product support team. We hope that you get a positive response from them the soonest time possible.
