How can I display ads within an Android app's WebView (HTML code) using AdSense code?

Is it possible to use AdSense code within the WebView's (HTML code) instead of a URL, and is there any API available for this? I have encountered difficulties in applying the AdSense guide for websites to a WebView because there is no site URL to register. Can you provide me with some guidance, examples, or documentation on how to achieve this?
