Test Ad working, but production not working

Hi, 
I am facing a problem with AdMob in Unity. 
When I do testing everything looks ok with my ads, but when I put the production ID and put it on the Market it doesn't work anymore.

I am open to solutions.

Thanks for reaching out to us.

Your SDK code implementation seems to be working correctly given that you were able to load test ads

That said, we can also test your Ad Unit ID on our end if you can provide it to us privately using Reply privately to author option.

Hello Sir/Madam,

I am also facing the same issue. on Local run ads are displaying properly, but after uploading for beta test ads are not displaying. I moved my app to production as well, but still no luck. 

Actually first I created Admob app with unpublished option and then I read in some blog that I have to link my app manually with production app, So I linked it yesterday.

Can you please help me? I can see that my match rate is drastically move down means probably request are sending from device, but not displaying on device.

Hi, hope that all of you are doing well. I am too facing a really weird situation while implementing google admob ads in unity. I am using unity 2018.2.0f1 and using google mobile sdk version v3.14.0. When i use the google test ads ids i am successfully getting ads shown and loaded too but when i use my original ads ids i am always getting error "Ad failed to load : 3", i have searched about this error and i know what does it mean but i am trying this from last 4 days, i have tried different admob accounts different ads ids too even different plugins too but still facing the same issue. I want to know the reason behind this weird behavior as it does not happen to me before. Any help would be appreciated. I need to resolve this issue ASAP. Thanks

I have heard that google has now changed its policies and the app will only get live ads once its get publish on play store and the app is linked with admob. Is it true? Is this the reason behind not getting live ads on unpublished game?

I have published my game on play store and also linked with admob. Then also I am not getting ad in my app. Instead I get ads if I run application directly on mobile.

Thanks for sharing your Ad Unit ID's privately.

I tested them using our sample apps and when setting the Nexus 5x as test device and I was able to load ads successfully.

However, when tested without setting a test device, I wasn't able to load ads and kept on getting  Error Code 3 or No fill error which means that there are just no available ads at that moment.

Please note that loading your Ad Unit on an unpublished app might have an impact to your fill rate.

That said, I will raise this to the team and get back to you for any findings.

Sorry I was not aware of this thing and used ad unit id with unpublished game for testing. Can you please help me with the next step? What should I do to get fill rate? Or Am I good to go with production app?

Janica is out of office and I will be assisting you with your issue here. This is a known issue which is being investigated by our team about the no fills with the live Ad unit Ids. For us to investigate this, can you please share your Ad unit Ids, complete device logs and Charles logs (here are setup instructions) with SSL Proxying enabled using "Reply Privately to Author"?

Hello , 

We are also facing the similar issue where test ads are working but production ads are not working. Since this feature of our app is not released to play store , would it be one of the reasons , why production ads are not loading ?

Please note that we are actively monitoring this No fill reports. That said, the number of the publishers who experienced this last week reported to us that they are now able to load ads on their end. Our team is taking a look into this issue again and I will update this thread if I have any new information from the team.

hi,
I think I have the same problem, my admob account has been approved since 1 month ago and the test ad can appear normally but when I use the production ad the results cannot appear with an error code "Failed to load ad: 3 No fill from ad server "even when the application has been released. please help, I've searched for information about this and the answer always says my account is the cause.
