애드몹 보상형 I/Ads: Ad failed to load : 2

안녕하세요 애드몹 보상형 광고를 이용하려 합니다.

배너나 전면은 정상적으로 작동을 하고 있지만 보상형은  I/Ads: Ad failed to load : 2 라는 로그와 함께 로드가 되지 않습니다.

물론 테스트에서는 정상적으로 작동합니다.

Thank you for reaching out your concern to us. However, I'm afraid we can only respond to you in English language.

Please note that the Error Code 2 is primarily a network error. That said, could you try to test your app using a different network connection? In addition, could you make sure that you don't have any Ad Blocker or custom ROM installed on those devices where the Ads failed to load? If not, you may also check if there are any Ad Filter/Blocker in the network your device is connected where the Ads failed to load.

To further investigate your concern, kindly provide us with the details below using Reply privately to author option.

• Ad Unit ID
• Playstore link of your published app (if available)
