I'm trying to reach out to someone of the support team.
The problem is that AdMob restricted ads on my app with the following reason: "Ads served by Google on sites and apps with replicated content".
But it is not true:
my app takes some data from an earthquakes "open data" server but,
before showing to user, it adds other informations provided by me. It
also allows to query historical data or make filters. It can also show
data on map with additional information for each event.
It's not merely a copy of other sites or apps.
AdMob
offers a "revision" process where I have to explain how I "solved the
problem" and I'm asked to upload a new version of the app.
But in my case there is no problem to solve; so my question is: what is the proper path to follow in this case?
The best way would be to have someone to contact directly but it can't find this option anywhere.
