My app was showing ads, but it stopped and I'm having this error for almost 3 weeks, I tried to contact support, but without success, could anyone help me?

With regard to ad failed to load 3, it means that the ad request was successful, but no ad was returned due to lack of ad inventory. Hi Breno,

Thank you for providing the requested information.

Upon checking your ad unit id for Banner in our sample app for Android, I wasn't able to load ads in all of the ad unit ids. Kindly note that the SDK just requests an ad to the ad server (E.g: AdMob), and I'm afraid that it doesn't have any control on fill rate / match rate / impression of your app. This is more of an ad serving issue which is out of scope to our team. In addition to that, I've also see that you have a payment on hold in the account, can you verify if you also see this in your account? If yes, you need to fully complete the setup of your AdMob account, particularly the billing and PIN verification sections. If you're having trouble in setting this, we recommend reaching out to the Product Support Team for payment concern. You may also refer to common reason for ads not showing for additional scenarios, as well as the fixes for those.

Hi, I can't see payment withheld on the account, I believe I have configured everything, about PIN verification, I still haven't received the minimum to be able to make.

Hi Breno,

Thank you for updating us. Given that you were able to confirm that all suggested configuration were properly setup, then it appears that this is now an ad serving issue. Please do note that the SDK just request an ad to the ad-server and does not have any control on the ad's fill rate. With that, we would highly recommend raising this to Product Support Team instead as they are more equipped in handling ad serving concerns.
