Native Ads Advanced (Unified) for Unity doesn't record impression and give revenue

Hi, I'd like to report a problem. I'm trying to implement Native Ads in my Unity game, I have checked the documentation here:

and downloaded the correct SDK from here:

I have tested the game using Test Ads and it works fine, every click/tap registers and it successfully redirect players to respective ads app in playstore. The problem starts when we started it changing to real ads and using them live, the ads are showing properly, the ads component when clicked or tapped also redirects properly, but in our Admob dashboard, it doesn't record any impression at all, thus not generating any revenue for us. This problem strictly only happens to Native Ads, our Interstitial and Rewarded Ads work fine.

Hi Krisna,

Since you mentioned that you were able to display ads on your end, then it's safe to assume that your code implementation of the Mobile Ads SDK is fine. It appears that your concern is more on the performance of your Ad Unit ID. With this, we would recommend reaching out to the Product Support Team as the product specialists there can better assist you in this.

I have the same issue.  Native ads shows zero impressions. No one answers on Product support team

I'm sorry to hear that you're having troubles in contacting our Product Support Team. I understand that there is an urgency in your concern. However, they are the appropriate team who can help on you around as this is more of an ad serving issue. We hope that you get a positive response from them the soonest time possible.

What we can recommend for now is to, kindly ensure that the following conditions are fulfilled in order to maximize the chances of receiving ads from the AdMob SDK:

The problem is that you don’t upgrade the Unity Native ask for many years . It’s your responsibility . Your Sdk is super old and everyone in this forum complains about it. All kind of weird errors are related to the fact you don’t update the SDK

Thank you for your response.

As you previously mentioned, your native ads shows zero impression. Please do note that the SDK just requests an ad to the ad server (E.g: AdMob), and I'm afraid that it doesn't have any control on fill rate / match rate of your app. This is more of an ad serving issue which is out of scope to our team. That said, we would recommend raising this to our Product Support team instead. The product specialist there should be able to assist you further on this.
