Rewarded Ads can't be closed after 5 seconds

Dear AdMob supporters,

My app was published on Play Store. Now I need to submit a new version for this app but it has been rejected by Google because the 30 seconds - rewarded ads can't be closed after 5 seconds. Rewarded ad close button is always greyed out, just appeared when rewarded ads run completely. This thing is prohibited by Google policies. 

Please support me to check this issue soon.

P/s: 

I found another thread about this issue such as https://github.com/googleads/googleads-mobile-unity/issues/2122. 

And some one is raised this issue from 1 month ago such as https://groups.google.com/g/google-admob-ads-sdk/c/hmx4mWfuDQA or https://groups.google.com/g/google-admob-ads-sdk/c/LJ5NXXOXZ70.

--> But I can't find the root cause or any solution from these discussions.
