How to block specific advertiser

Good evening everybody,

my name is Marco and i think i have a problem:

I would block advertiser that publish click-to-web adv that automatically register phone numbers and get 5€ from phone credit.

In this particular case i would block Burlesque Girl (as you can see in attachment), but i don't know how. I only know that sent that kind of SMS after clicking on his adv (as soon as browser is opened).

I tried to block by advertiser url (http://burlesque-girl.mobi), but nothing change: I think that adv-url is totally different from burlesque-girl.mobi.
