Rewarded Interstitial Ad Units Serving Non-Skippable Video Ads

I am experiencing an issue with a Rewarded Interstitial ad unit implemented in my application.

The Problem:

Despite the official Google AdMob documentation clearly stating, "Only skippable ads will be served in rewarded interstitial ad units," my users are frequently receiving video ads that are non-skippable.

While test ads are consistently served as skippable ads, (like the image below)

live (production) video ads are frequently non-skippable. These non-skippable ads display a close/skip button only after the full video duration, or sometimes not at all.(like Rewarded Ad Units)

Platform: React Native (targeting Android/iOS).

Library Used: I am using the react-native-google-mobile-ads library and the Rewarded Interstitial ad defined within it.

SDK Version: react-native-google-mobile-ads: "12.3.0"

Mediation Used: No. I am only using AdMob demand.

According to the Google Mobile Ads SDK documentation, we support the following platforms: 

• Android
• iOS
• Unity
• Flutter

Since React native implementation is not in the list of the supported platforms mentioned above, we will not be able to support.
