Campaign status stuck on "Ready" and no impressions

Hi

The campaign I have has a status of "Ready" and there are no impressions for it. Is there something I'm missing?

Thank you for reaching out to us.

With regard to your concern, is the campaigns were newly created? If so, you need to wait up to one hour after you create an app or ad unit. In some cases, it can take a few days for ads to appear in new apps or ad units. Newly registered apps and newly created ad units typically take up to an hour to activate. Because of this, you may not see live impressions immediately. You may want to check this HC article for further details.

I have submitted my support request to the "Product Support Team" (https://support.google.com/admob/thread/126962290/campaign-status-stuck-on-ready-and-no-impressions?hl=en) as suggested by you but there's been NO reply from them.

In fact there are many support requests on that forum from many other developers etc that have received no response. Are you guys at Google not worried about any of these issues?

Can you please tell me where I need to go for help with the Campaign issue I've pointed out?

I've created a new campaign but the status is still stuck on "Ready" for both of them now. Please tell me what I need to do to resolve this.
