Unable to load banner ad on ios platform

although the ad serving mechanism works on android  production build. I am unable to serve the production ad for ios [Note: the test ad works after adding the device id in Configuration]

Additionally, an app-ads.txt file has not yet been set up. The app-ads.txt file informs buyers which sources are authorized to sell your inventory. Please set up an app-ads.txt file.
