Standard Banner Off Automatically

[REQUIRED] Step 1: Describe your environment

• Unity version: 2022.3.29f1
• Google Mobile Ads Unity plugin version: 9.2.0
• Plugin installation method: .unitypackage import
• Platform: iOS( issue not confirmed yet ), Android ( Issue Confirmed )
• Mediation ad networks used, and their versions: Applovin, Liftoff, Mintegral. (any respective admob 9.2.0 compatible versions)

[REQUIRED] Step 2: Describe the problemSteps to reproduce:

Issue: Standard banner turns off automatically after some time when admob banner is shown in mediation configured build.
Banner didn't turn off and works correctly when admob is used without any mediation.

Extra Info:

• Test with real ads
• when it off, didn't show again even on automatic refresh or with banner.Show call
• Happens only on wifi internet, on mobile data its working correctly

Hi Neon,

This looks like a mediation refresh issue. Make sure to disable refresh in all third-party ad source UIs for banner ad units used in AdMob Mediation. This prevents a double refresh since AdMob also triggers a refresh based on your banner ad unit's refresh rate. If that does not work please let us know and include the affected ad unit IDs.

Thanks for pointing the issue. Is this still affects even i have no Admob Mediation group for banner?

Banner refresh are disabled on all third-party ad source UIs

Additionally, in some games we even didn't create banner ad unit on third-party mediation networks but still banner is hiding.

• Application logs of the error occurring.
