Google Admob (Payment Profile Issue)

Having an issue with Google Payment Profile
- Admob Payment Profile (Original Country: Pakistan)
- Wanted to Switch to USA (After discussing with Admob Manager) Verification Failed
- Asked our Manager to Switch to the original profile. Gave us a link to delete the payment profile.
- Mistakenly Deleted the main Pakistan payment profile.
- Now no option to delete USA Payment Profile. 

The issue was raised with Google Pay/Admob team several times but they were unable to resolve it.

There must be a way out, for anyone facing similar issues.

Payment is stuck until the payment profile issue is resolved.
