WP8.1 small fill rate

In my wp8 apps fill rate was about 90%

but after update my app to wp8.1 silverlight my fill date fall down to 50-60%

can anybody tell me why?

Problem same here:

The Admod Ads display very very small ==> The users can't see it ==> Can't click on it.

:( Me have same problem with you, but ...I can't resolve it too.
