I have 39 game apps on the Apple App Store.
And they all use Google AdMob ads in the same way.
But one of them has the 'Consent Requirement: No CMP' problem for the first time.
That app has over 10,000 ad attempts per day, but no ads actually appear.
That's because it doesn't make $2 per month on average.
I think it's because some kind of Google prevention system is working properly.
I don't think I did anything illegal, and I don't think I profited from it.
But the ad blocking has been going on for 3 days now. I don't know when it will end.
Why is Google causing harm to me, the customer?
I wish Google would solve the problem quickly.
Hi,
Thank you for contacting the Mobile Ads SDK Support team.
AdMob publishers and developers are now required to use a consent management platform (CMP) certified by Google and registered with IAB's Transparency and Consent Framework (TCF) when serving ads to users in the European Economic Area (EEA), the UK, and Switzerland.
No CMP: Some ad requests on your inventory from the EEA, the UK, and Switzerland are missing a TCF string. Be sure to troubleshoot and fix any issues to avoid a significant impact on ad serving and revenue. Please note that if you recently adopted a CMP certified by Google, it may take up to 48 hours for this issue to be resolved. For more information, kindly refer to the See list of Google-certified CMPs, Consent requirement and Limited ads.
I hope this helps! Let me know if you have any other questions.
