Interstitial test ads fail to show when AppLovin is turned on in Open Bidding/Mediation

Hi there, admob support team directed me here. 

I have noticed that whenever I turn on AppLovin in Open Bidding or normal mediation (interstitial), my test ads fail to load with an "Internal Error" (Error Code 0 ). I have double checked the SDK Key and everything is set up correctly. I also contacted AppLovin who said it must be an issue on the google side because they see no problem with my request. It is also not a new ad unit.  This did not use to happen, so I am not sure what the issue is.

Hi Gabe,

Thank you for bringing this issue to our attention. The fact that you are getting the error code 0. This indicates to us that there is an issue within your app in how the SDK is either setup or not properly calling the correct methods it needs to work. To help you more with this, we would ask for a sample app that has your implementation in it so that we can look at it. If you can the requested files via "Reply to author" button we will be able to look into this more.

Hi there,

Is there a guide to how to send a sample app to you? I also attempted the new diagnostic tool and saw that it's still failing. All my other networks work, however. See the screenshots attached.

I know the adapter is attached because I see this in the console:

2021-04-16 12:11:50.978211-0400 Fart World[34641:2737142] Adapter Name: GADMediationAdapterAppLovin, Description: <GADAdapterStatus: 0x2836dd320; state = Ready>, Latency: 1.589275

I've checked my mediation keys and zone ids many times so it really should be correct. Please let me know what else I can try.

Do you mean an archive of the app? Or are you saying you need to look at the code?
