Experiencing Low Match Rate and Low Show rate in my app

Hey Google Team,

I am experiencing very low match rate, i.e. 52% and show rate usually less than 5%, I would need your help here in improving these stats. I am attaching pictures of both the reports with my new conversation here.

Please note that our support channel can only best assist you with regards to Google Mobile Ads SDK implementation and technical issues.

Kindly note that the SDK just requests an ad to the ad-server (AdMob, Ad Manager, AdX or through a Third-party ad network) and does not have any control over the eCPM, match rate/fill rate/show rate/display rate or impressions of your app. I would recommend that you reach out to the Product support team as they are better equipped to address your concern.
