Admob page views are up to 10 times more than impressions for my android app??

Hi, I need some help to understand why i do have more page views than impressions for my android app, last 7 days i have got more than 181k page views but only 20k impressions. i need to understand. can someone help please?? here is a screenshot showing from reports
