Admob Rewarded video issue

Hi everyone,

 

I created my ad unit id, it works for a couple hours and after that, it didn't work anymore.

 

 If I change to a sample ad unit id "ca-app-pub-3940256099942544/1712485313", it works perfectly. 

 

Did anyone face this problem before? If yes,  how can i solve it?

Hi Osvaldo,

Thanks for sending the details. I was able to load live ads with your Ad Unit Id without any issues. What is the error that you are seeing while you are trying to load ads? Can you try to reproduce the issue with our Sample apps and let us know? I would also suggest that you try to load ads  with a new Bundle Id and see if that works.

Hi Deepika,

 

The error that I am seeing is: 

     <Google> Cannot find an ad network adapter with the name(s): com.google.DummyAdapter. Remember to link all required ad network adapters and SDKs, and set -ObjC in the 'Other Linker Flags' setting of your build target.

 

    This error apear in my app and your sample apps as well.    

          How can I solve this problem?

I have the same issues on ios

Rewarded video only work with Rewarded Id from google example "ca-app-pub-3940256099942544/1712485313"
And it's not work when i replace by Rewarded Id of my app from Admob.

Hi there,

Guys, can you share your Ad Unit ID with us? It might just be a serving/account related issue but for us to confirm this, we would like to test your Ad Unit ID. Also, these Reward Video Ad Unit Ids are platform specific and you have to make sure to only request ads for the platform that you have chosen from your AdMob dashboard. Also, see if you can test with by creating another Ad Unit ID by monetizing on a different app and let us know if it is  working.

Hi Osvaldo,

Even I was unable to load any ads with your Ad Unit ID and it looks like a serving issue. Just to confirm, can you create another Ad Unit ID by monetizing a different test app from your AdMob dashboard and try again? Do share the other Ad Unit ID as well and also wait for couple of hours for any newly created Ad Unit ID before testing it.

Hi Deepika,

This is my Rewarded Video Id: ca-app-pub-4882973689031376/8991141542
This app released one year ago and now I want added new feature integrate with Rewarded Video but always getting failed load.

I'm sure coding like example from Firebase & Github.
I have released new version on Appstore with Rewarded Video but still not working.
So, hope for your help.

Hi Deepika, I've a similar situation, when I use Xcode if I use the test AdUnitId I get the reward video, also if I use my own adUnitId with "request.testDevices = ["myDeviceId]" it works, but my app in the appstore with my AdUnitId only showed the video the first days it was live but now it never loads.

The error in the console is "Reward based video ad failed to load: Request Error: No ad to show."
My AdUnitID is "ca-app-pub-7818948038296354/9246272933"

Hi All,

Thanks for providing the affected Ad Unit IDs. However, I am also not able to retrieve any ads when I tried them out with our sample applications, which leads me to believe that this may be a serving issue, rather than something specific to the Mobile Ads SDK.

As mentioned by my colleague, would you be able to create a new Ad Unit ID and verify if you can still replicate the issue? Additionally, can you also try contacting our Product Support Team since they are more applicable to handle serving issues? You can also try using our Troubleshooter.

I'm still not able to load ads using your Ad Unit ID on my end, which can confirm that this might be a serving issue. As previously mentioned, I would recommend that you contact our Product Support Team to get this resolved, or you may also use our Troubleshooter for more specific solutions.
