Hi,
I checked the "App to confirm", they were 3.
All the apps I published, I registered them in AdMob. Those 3 apps in which "to be confirmed" are written are apps that have a package name practically the same as mine, but perhaps with different uppercase, lowercase.
it's a bit strange and this thing has me a bit disoriented, I don't understand where those 3 apps came from, maybe I got some publications wrong or entered the wrong names. But  you didn't give information like the installation method (the store) and I can't figure out what's going on, whether those apps are mine or not.

Hi,

Thank you for reaching out to us.

With regard to apps to confirm on this article, this page lets you review a list of mobile apps that are being monetized using your publisher ad code, but haven’t been added to your AdMob account. You must confirm your apps in order to avoid or lift ad serving limits for those apps. Once you’ve confirmed your app, you'll be able to:

  • Avoid ad serving limits
  • Stay informed about your app status
  • See revenue, impressions, and more

However, if the apps listed on that page isn't yours, you may click Not my app. This stops ads showing in the app and marks the app as “blocked.”

There is something strange in my account, out of nowhere I found 3 new apps (not connected to the stores) in my app list, but that I never created!

Now I have three apps called "-" that I never created and that take up 3 spaces in the list (and they are the ones it was also telling me to confirm). But those apps don't match mine, the package name is different. it's different but similar, only some lowercase/uppercase change.

How is it possible that out of nowhere I find 3 (unrelated) apps that I didn't create?
Could you see these 3 apps when they were created or how they were installed by users? And possibly delete them?

Hello,

Michael here and I work along with Zoilo.

You may post your query there stating your concern without sharing any private information at first, then wait for their specialist instruction on how you should send it to their end.

If you are unable to reach out to the product support team through that process, please try the below email option:

I'm afraid that as much as we want to help you, this is all we can share to you as our support team here can only provide precise guidance with Google Mobile Ads technical implementation and behavior issues.

The email message appears, but when I click it obviously the error appears (the error has been appearing for years now and we have told you in every possible way). You reply to us every time it's a bug and you'll look at it or you're working on a module change or whatever, but it's been years since we've been unable to contact support.

I posted the question in the help forum as you told me (https://support.google.com/admob/thread/200108275/apps-to-confirm-very-similar), a user replied telling me that it is a your bug and I have to wait. But I'm afraid it's a consideration like the one you make on the support form, and you'll never fix the bug.

Up until now the only problems I've had have been implementation ones and I've somehow solved them all. But this is a platform related issue, and if you don't give me an email to contact to ask for support from your assistance, I may be forced to leave AdMob in the future if it messes up my apps or ad display.

Understand me, I can't base my earnings on a system with a possible bug without being able to contact a support employee.

Hi,

Thank you for your response.

As this matter is as important to us as it is to you, we deeply understand the inconvenience this situation has caused. As much as we want to provide you assistance on this, "app to confirm" which is accessible in your account is already out of our scope. Kindly note that we can only provide technical assistance related to Mobile Ads SDK. The only way to reach out to the product support team is using this link.
