AdMob Help form broken / can't submit

Regardless of what computer/OS/browser I try from, it just says "Refresh this page and try again. Sorry, there was a problem with the form."

No way to contact anyone even to let them know the form does not work. Appalling lack of customer support.AdMob Broken.png

Hi Zack,

I understand the urgency of your concern. However, the form is the only way to reach out to the Product Support Team. What we can recommend for now is to try submitting the form every 2 to 3 hours (which also works on other publishers). We also recommend to navigate to their support channel which is AdMob community forum.

We hope that you get a positive response from them the soonest time possible.

Is this seriously your "helpful" answer? "Just keep trying every 2-3 hours?" I don't have time in my day to sit here and keep trying to submit a form that doesn't work. I already tried submitting it in the evening, morning, afternoon, etc. - and it DOESN'T WORK. Please have someone who is competent in web development fix your site. Cheers,
