Nudity in Adsense ads...

Hi, I inadvertently clicked on an ad while testing an app and saw some
pictures in the ad that had nudity.

The ad was pointing to a singles site (I don't have a screenshot of
the ad but it's got a picture of a woman and the text is white,
distorted, and reads something like "Talk to singles live now"). I
also don't have the URL that it pointed to...was hoping someone knows
what I'm referring to. It was one of those adult hookup sites I
think.

For a high-maturity app I wouldn't care but this app is for all ages.
From the website (in filter settings):

"AdMob does not accept ads that promote adult products or services"

So does this not apply to Adsense then? Would the filters in the
Adsense console be able to block these things?

It is written their that the filters dont apply to adsense ads

I get that Admob wouldn't filter Adsense ads yet... but I'm wondering if there's a way to do it on the Adsense side.  I think you can filter URLs there but I've never tried.
