Hi Donovan,

Thank you for providing the requested information. However, I'll need to remove your post as this information should been sent privately.

Moving in to your concern, the "Site Behaviour: Navigation Must fix" policy error is related to your implementation which might have to do something with the navigation of the app in general. We would recommend checking the following:
  • your app doesn’t have any false claims of providing something like fake content.
  • all buttons work in your app and have a purpose. I think you are not allowed to have a button to a non working URL.
  • The app shouldn’t redirect users to irrelevant or misleading content.
  • The ad also shouldn’t cover any usable parts of the app.
  • The ad shouldn’t also interfere with the use of the app.
We would also recommend checking our implementation guidance. In addition to this, you may check our sample app which you can use as for your implementation reference.

Thank you for your response. but unfortunately, that is a very broad area to look for problems, Id be happy to fix the issues if I could get more information on where these issues have been encountered.
Like which buttons are False or nonworking (as far as i know all of them are working) or screenshots of where overlaps in ads are encountered (as far as I know there are no overlaps), or how many issues are encountered. is it in just one of the arias or multiple, because i have submitted 3 versions now disabling half of my content just as a scattershot to find the issues that admob identified.

Could you please provide more information?

Hello Donovan,

I'm afraid we can't further provide any assistance as this is already out of our scope. As per this article for Adsense program policies, Site behavior is sites showing Google ads should be easy for users to navigate. Sites may not change user preferences, redirect users to unwanted websites, initiate downloads, include malware or contain pop-ups or pop-unders that interfere with site navigation. You may check this Resolve any policy violations and AdMob policies and restrictions guide to help you troubleshoot. We recommend raising this to our Product Support Team to better assist you as this is not within our scope.

Thank you for your assistance. I guess i will just have to disable parts of the app till I can find the region where the issue is and then look around and see what could be causing the issue.

The link that you gave me for help is not working, it is just posting to the community forums, and so far there is NO response you are in violation of your own policy you are accusing me of. Please give me the email address of someone that CAN help.

Hi Donova,

I'm afraid the best way to contact the Product Support team is still through the AdMob Help Center. I hope you get a response from them soon.
