Test ads work fine, but real ads do not.
I've researched this for weeks now, but cannot find a solution.
I have read that if the test ads work, the integration with the Firebase AdMob server is correct.
I have also read that the iOS device should have Limit Ad Tracking turned off to get ads.  I have tried with Limit Ad Tracking off, still no ads.
Turning off the Limit Ad Tracking is counter intuitive, because an app user WILL NOT EVER deliberately configure their device to receive ads.  That is ludicrous to have to ask an app user to make that configuration change.

Information about my iOS app:  Saloons of The Old & New West

Minimum iOS version is 11.
Using xCode 11 (I am using the latest version) with Swift 4.

Google AdMob app name:  Saloons of The Old & New West

I have an Android app of the same name that displays real ads without issue.
I'm wondering if it is a problem with the way my AdMob account for the iOS app is configured.

I've been working this problem for weeks, and need to get help to figure out why real ads aren't working.

Thanks in advance.

JD

Hi JD,

Can you please share your Ad Unit Id using "Reply Privately to Author" option so that we will take a look? Also, please share the complete device logs captured when testing your Ad unit Id with our Sample apps

Hi JD,

Thanks for sharing your Ad unit Id privately. I was able to load ads with your Ad unit Id using our Sample apps without any issues on an iPhone 6S and on an iPhoneX without any issues. Can you make sure that you reset the Advertising Identifier by going through Settings >Privacy >Advertising> Reset Advertising Identifier and tap on the reset identifier to clear out the data associated with the Advertising Identifier while the Limit Ad Tracking toggle switch is OFF and try again? Additionally, please note that if your application is not published to the App Store, it is expected to have lower fill rates. We would also suggest that you try on a different device on a different network/4G and see if you are able to load ads and let us know.
