Hi,
Thank you for contacting the Mobile Ads SDK Support team.
Please use the following help center article to Supporting the IAB's Global Privacy Platform.
The U.S. states privacy laws require giving users the right to opt out of the "sale" of their "personal information" (as the law defines those terms), with the opt-out offered via a prominent "Do Not Sell My Personal Information" link on the "selling" party's homepage.
The Google Mobile Ads mediation plugin for Unity Ads version 3.3.0 includes the UnityAds.SetConsentMetaData() method. If you choose to call this method, it is recommended that you do so prior to requesting ads through the Google Mobile Ads SDK. See Unity Ads' Privacy Consent and data APIs and Complying with CCPA guides for more details and the values that can be provided in each method.
The Google Mobile Ads mediation plugin for AppLovin version 6.3.1 includes the AppLovin.SetDoNotSell() method. These options must be set before you initialize the Google Mobile Ads SDK to ensure they get forwarded properly to the AppLovin SDK. See AppLovin's Privacy documentation for more information.
If you're using the US states regulations message alongside other messages, consult Available user message types to understand when different messages are displayed to your users. For more information, kindly refer to the US IAB Support and US states privacy laws.
Please reach out to us, if you need any further assistance.
