Looks like this Google account isn't associated with an AdSense account

After changing the country of the Adsense account (through a special form of communication with Adsense) - I can't log in to it. Technical support couldn't do anything - they didn't do anything in particular (pub-8745306184890633). I really ask you to help. Maybe someone can tell me where to go with this question.
I see my Adsense active in Google Payments (active Adsense). Money even comes to it. However, I can't log in to it - it says that my email is not associated with Adsense and offers to create a new account. I don't have any other emails.
Dear developers - maybe someone has encountered a similar problem or can give me a hint?
I've been struggling with this problem for 3 weeks

Hello, I understand all this of course, that you do not deal with adsense. But this is also an admob problem. I can not get advice from a live person on the support forum, my problem is very non-trivial. I ask you very much - maybe you can connect me directly with a person who can help me. I am also part of google addmob. This was my business and I am very grateful to you for creating such a product.

Unfortunately, I have no way to contact Adsense technical support. Only through a forum where there are no Adsense employees. I think there was a failure when transferring the account country and my Adsense account did not connect correctly with the Google account. I kindly ask you to try to pass my request to Adsense specialists. In this case, there was some kind of failure on the Google side, which I cannot influence in any way. The forum is unfortunately useless. I kindly ask you to pass my problem to someone in Adsense or Admob.
