Admob ads blocked in kids game

Hi,

I already had a kids aplication with admob ads working fine since 29/Octuber/2016
the day 7/May/2016 i try to update the app but it was rejected and i received  an email that said this

Thanks for submitting your app for Designed for Families. We reviewed Baby real phone. Kids game, with package name com.infigames.babyphone, and noticed some eligibility issues.

App status: Your app has not been accepted into Designed for Families, and the update is not live on Google Play.

Eligibility issues:

- The ad content in your app is not consistent with the app's content rating. If you monetize your app, please ensure you’ve excluded ads from sensitive categories. For more details you can reference section 2.3 in the Designed for Families program requirements.

I did what the email said, i excluded all sensitive categories from the admob categories page and i updated it again, the app was acepted but never show ads again.
I didn't resive any emails from admob support or google, i dont know why my application was banned.

i tried to use the admob id code of the aplication with another package name and it works fine.

It is very confuse beacuse we didnt resive any feedback of admob.

Today the app uses KIDOZ network monetization, but i prefer admob in all my aplications.
