Ad attribution missing

I keep getting 1 issue found (ad atttribution missing) even i have reviewed every thing added ads choice as well but always gives me error for ad attribution missing in native ad.

please some some can guide me.

Hi,

Native Validator is a new feature to help you catch policy violations before your app ships. It automatically identifies certain policy violations in your app and notifies you through the app's UI. Please note that the Native Validator will appear only on test ads. Live ad requests will never show Native Validator.
