Ad SDK (version 0.19.0-beta01) crash issue

We connected the Ads SDK (version 0.19.0-beta01) and launched it on Google Play. We immediately received a large number of crashes. Is there any way to solve this problem?

Could you kindly provide the below information privately for further investigation?

• The full crash logs
• Steps to reproduce
• Affected devices
