Cannot Link to IOS App on Admob and Not crawling my App-ads.txt for a long time. Please help

I have prepared a nice app and published on both Google Play and Appstore. I managed to link Google Play store link with admob but I couldn't do it for Appstore. Admob just says the game is not published or cannot be found. But it is released.

I need help because I will start to do marketing for my app as soon as possible.

Is there anything you can do on your end to help me get it linked? And my app-ads.txt is not confirmed please can you confirm it because it is available for a long time.

Thank you for reaching out to us.

Upon checking your app, I wasn't able to find it also in my end. However, I've seen that your app is just recently updated. If you just listed/updated your app on an app store, it may take 24 to 48 hours before you can link to it. In some cases, it may take up to one week. I would recommend to wait for a while then try to link again your app using your app store link. 

Then, for the app-ads.txt file, can you confirm if this is the guide you've followed in implementing the app-ads.txt file? You can also check the other resources that can help you on the additional implementation of app-ads.txt file in your app. In addition to that, you can check this article on possible resolve guides on your app-ads.txt file.

Yes I have followed and obeyed all rules in the documents you shared as a link. And my app-ads.txt is reachable via internet i checked it hundred times :( I am waiting but there should be a quicker way :) please help

I understand that you want to link your app right away. However, I'm afraid that you have to wait at least take 24 to 48 or up to a week as stated in this HC article.

Hi Queen,

I've checked again your app and I was able to find it in my end using your app id (id6443589418) and app name (mother-ghoul-horror-game). Since it is already 48 hours after you updated your app. Kindly retry again linking your app in your account. Then for the app-ads.txt file, I've seen that you haven't set up an app-ads.txt yet. Kindly setup it in your AdMob account.

I have finally linked my Appstore link as well which is great. But my app-ads.txt link is already online and reachable for a long time. I dont understand why crawler cannot find it. All combinations of link are available as you can see:

Thank you for updating us and I'm glad that you were able to link your app.

As per your ads-app.txt, we would recommend to wait for another 24 hours since your app were recently linked. In addition, some publishers also encounter this issue and it takes up to 8 days until their ads-app.txt were picked up by the server.

Hi thank you for information Teejay. I can see one confirmed crawled app-ads.txt file currently in my admob panel for IOS. I have published the game on both IOS and Google Play. So should I wait for Google Play's app-ads.txt confirmation as well? or only one is enough?

If your app in Android is already been release to the store, I would suggest to set it up also and wait to be crawled, to avoid the ads to be served limited. You may follow this guide in implementing the app-ads.txt file.
