the admob ads work well on all apps even silverlight. but the problem im facing is that few apps that i have developed using XAML WinRT. and Admob ads dont support this mode. what should i do? will it be available soon? please reply back immediately.

Even I was hoping for the same. But it seems Google doesn't have plans to support any MS products. We need to move to other ad networks soon. And after AdMob, MS PubCenter is the only best option. I'd suggest you to migrate all your apps to PubCenter. I'm planning to do the same by the next month.
