Request: add "what's new" for the list of supported ad-networks of mediation

This is so that we could add/update/remove mappings to ad-networks when they become supported.

I'm talking about this:
https://developers.google.com/admob/android/choose-networks

For example, if an ad network now supports bidding, or added support for native ad that it didn't have before.

Or, when an ad network was added/removed...

Or an important note was added to some ad format...

Every little detail could be useful there...
