gms class not found

The following classes could not be instantiated:

- com.google.android.gms.ads.AdView (Open Class, Show Error Log)

See the Error Log (Window > Show View) for more details.

 or logcat not show any errore....

These classes are contained in the Google play Services library. You haven't included that library in your APK (but you need to).

run "android", run android sdk manager, install "google play services", then you will find:

/path/to/android-sdk-macosx/extras/google/google_play_services/libproject/google-play-services_lib/libs/google-play-services.jar

copy the jar to your project libs folder, then build apk.
