admob with safty form

i upload resently my first app to google store. in my app i dont collect users data and the users cant log in. i added admob in my latest update and got reject. its say that i need to update my  Data safety now that i use admob.

i can't find answers to the questions:

By reviewing your concern i understand that your app got rejected due to not updating the data safety section.

Edit the data safety section look for the "Data safety form" link, which will launch a wizard. Select "yes" for "does your app collect or share any required user data types?" and choose "Device IDs" from the available data types, This is because AdMob uses specific data for personalization and targeted advertising.
If your app is gathering any other data apart from the network ID that is used by AdMob please be transparent to the user aligning with your privacy policy.

Although your app is not collecting any data apart from AdMob collected data, try to provide a form to users for requesting data deletion even if you don't have the data to delete, to comply with data policies. In response, you can inform them that app doesn't collect their data directly and data collected by AdMob is managed by Google's Privacy policies.

Regarding the suggestion to provide a form for users to request data deletion, I wanted to inquire if there is a specific link or reference I can use for Google's data deletion request form. Since my app doesn't directly collect user data beyond what is gathered by AdMob, I want to ensure that I'm providing the appropriate resources for users who may wish to request data deletion.

Please note that the Mobile Ads SDK does not provide a way for users to request deletion of their data. The Google Mobile Ads SDK collects and shares the data automatically for advertising, analytics and fraud prevention purposes. Please refer to the following help center article Data collected to gain a better understanding. All user data collected by the Google Mobile Ads SDK is encrypted in transit using the Transport Layer Security (TLS) protocol. 

The collection of Android ad IDs is optional. The ad ID can be reset or deleted by users using ad ID controls in the Android settings menu. As the app developer, you can prevent the collection of ad IDs by updating the app's manifest file. I would recommend referring to Data Handling for further guidance.
