Hi,

The id “com.appsbyerik.triviaescape&hl=en” provided in the play store URL seems to be incorrect. On clicking the hyperlink I am getting the error “We're sorry, the requested URL was not found on this server". Kindly share the correct link.

If you have recently listed your app on a store, it may take 24 to 48 hours before you can link to it. In some cases, it may take up to one week. For more information, kindly visit to Set up an app in AdMob.

Please use this following help center article to enable the test ads and use the add your test device programatically.

This message is in relation to case "ref:!00D1U01174p.!5004Q02s0N5G:ref" (ADR-00229383)

When I click on the link it brings me to the Google Play Store with my app displayed with all the screen shots and the Icon.  Does it have anything to do with my app being in CLOSED Testing?  Please look into this a little more.   I am stuck as the Google Play Console has it properly listed as "com.appsbyerik.triviaescape"  So the name is correct, I can only think is that it has something to do with the testing status.  It has been on the play store for more that 3 weeks.

Please help!

Hi,

Could you please provide a detailed explanation of what closed testing entails? If your query pertains to app linking in AdMob, kindly furnish the app ID through reply to author option so that we will review the account and offer necessary assistance.

Hi Erik,

We acknowledge your previous communication and provided a response in the previous thread. However, it appears that the previous response was sent privately.

In order to locate your application within AdMob, you will need to release your app to the public (not as open, closed or internal testing). If your application is in the closed testing phase or in the open testing phase, you will only receive test ads until the application is fully launched. If you want to test ads before going into production, kindly refer to Enable test ads

The provided app ID is the package name. The app ID typically follows the format ca-app-pub-394xxxxxxxx44~33xxxxxx13. Kindly provide the app name and app ID via reply to author option. So that we will review the account and offer necessary assistance.
