I tested your Ad Unit ID on our sample app and I also getting the no fill error on my end.
The no fill error simply means that there is no ad to show due to lack of ad inventory. This is more of an Ad serving concern rather than anything specific to the code implementation of the Mobile Ads SDK. That said, I would suggest to visit the AdMob Help Forum, or consult with our troubleshooter, for further assistance.
On the other hand, I have to mask your post as it contains sensitive information. Please refrain from posting sensitive information like Ad Unit IDs in the forum.
Moving forward, if you want to share anything with us, you can use "Reply Privately to Author" option to share the details privately.

I don't know how to contact,so I am posting my issue here,
ADMob does not show Ads.It gives me error 3:Ads Failed to Load and test ad working properly.I have written my error below.
W/Ads: Not retrying to fetch app settings
I/Ads: Use AdRequest.Builder.addTestDevice("42573E8A1DA18361D7D8AA95D20B1B00") to get test ads on this device.
