Can anyone help?

Hi Igor,

Thank you for providing the requested information in private.

We could not test your app from the Play Store since it was not available in our country (see 1st attached screenshot).
However, we were able to test your ad unit ID with our sample app, and can confirm that we were getting ads from it (see 2nd attached screenshot).

The error code 3 you are experiencing means that there is an ad serving issue, where there might simply be no ads to display as of the moment.
Kindly make sure that your ad unit IDs are correctly configured, and that they are used only by their respective app IDs. In particular, ad unit IDs for Android should not be used for iOS apps, and vice versa, to prevent incorrect ad reporting and potential policy violations.

For further product and ad serving concerns, you may visit the AdMob Help Center, or consult with our troubleshooter, for further assistance.

Hi Igor,

Thank you for providing additional information in private.

We tested your ad unit ID with our sample app, and can confirm that we were getting the same error code 3. This confirms an ad serving with the app, where there might not be ads to display as of the moment.

While it is not an issue per se, do note that showing live ads on an unpublished app will negatively affect its fill rate, resulting in the above error. We recommend publishing the app first, as this should improve the filling of ads.

If the issue persists after publishing the app, we still recommend visiting the AdMob Help Center for further assistance.

Hi Neel,

Thank you for reaching out to us.

I tested your Ad Unit ID on our sample app and I also getting the no fill error on my end.

The no fill error simply means that there is no ad to show due to lack of ad inventory. This is more of an Ad serving concern rather than anything specific to the code implementation of the Mobile Ads SDK. That said, I would suggest to visit the AdMob Help Forum, or consult with our troubleshooter, for further assistance.

On the other hand, I have to mask your post as it contains sensitive information. Please refrain from posting sensitive information like Ad Unit IDs in the forum.
Moving forward, if you want to share anything with us, you can use "Reply Privately to Author" option to share the details privately.
Below is the copy of your post with the masked Ad Unit ID.
